Marigold (Calendula) – Loose Leaf Herbal Tea
Marigold flowers have strong anti-inflammatory and natural anti-septic properties. For this reason, as well as making a delicious brew, cooled marigold tea can be used topically to promote healing and to soothe irritated skin. Marigold tea can also be used as a natural remedy for sore throats and is reputed to have benefits for oral health.
Naturally caffeine-free.

Instructions
Add one teaspoon of marigold flowers to 200ml of boiling water and allow to brew for 10 minutes.
